The safety of our customers and visitors is our priority. We understand that your visit might feel a little different to normal - we hope that the steps we are taking help you to feel safe so that you can relax and enjoy your time with us.
All our activities have been carefully assessed to ensure they are running in the safest way possible and meeting all the requirements set out in government guidance. Our caretakers are carrying out enhanced cleaning before and after every booking.
When visiting our venue, we ask you to please:
Do not enter the building if you or anyone in your household has symptoms or has tested positive for Coronavirus in the last 10 days or if you have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace
We encourage you to wear a face covering when moving around the building
Use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and exit the building and regularly throughout your visit
We encourage you to provide your contact details for NHS Test and Trace by scanning the venue QR code displayed at every entrance or signing in. Pre-booked ticketed events will collect your details as part of the booking process

Can I call into the office to book tickets for an event?
Our office is open weekday mornings from 10am - midday
I have tickets for an event that was postponed. Are they still valid?
Yes, all tickets were automatically transferred to the new dates and refunds were offered to anybody who could not attend on the new date. New tickets will not be issued, your original ticket showing the original date is still valid. Affected events are Snake Davis, rescheduled to 12th March 2022 and The Yorkshire Shepherdess, rescheduled to 20th May 2022.
