Skipton Step into Action is coordinating a volunteer response across Skipton and surrounding villages including South Craven. Lothersdale Volunteer Group is a community volunteer group set up to support members of our community impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic and to foster continued community spirit beyond the crisis. The group has been registered with Craven District Council and is in contact with Modality Crosshills Group Practice.

Cononley Village Store is working with volunteers who are able and ready to deliver fresh produce to your doors. We want those that are self-isolating to know that you're not alone in this and that there is help at hand.

Please bear in mind that we're extremely busy during these times, however, if you leave a voicemail or an email and we'll be sure to get your order to you as fast as possible.

If you can’t get out give us a shout - Lyon Farm Dairy deliver quality milk, orange and eggs in Eastburn, Steeton, Sutton, Glusburn, Crosshills, Cononley, Kildwick, Farnhill and Cowling.

Re-usable bottles and plastic cartons are available at the following prices:

  • 1 pint orange £1

  • Half dozen large free-range eggs £1.20

Deliveries are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Drake and Macefield, Crosshills

We are offering a free local delivery service, currently aimed at the elderly, vulnerable and key workers who are unable to get out at this time.
To order, message via Facebook or phone our delivery line on 01282 844 468 Mon - Fri 2-5 pm (please do not call outside these hours). Orders will usually be delivered the next day.
- Payments are taken via PayPal or card over the phone (to allow for contactless delivery). Minimum order £10.

We are currently working on logistics to enable our shops to operate at more flexible times to allow shift workers etc chance to get in. Please be patient with this service and ourselves at this time. Our staff are working incredibly hard around the clock to try and keep service as normal as possible. Please do not call our already stretched shops about delivery.

During this difficult time we have teamed up with Walkers Bakers and Barkers Yorkshire Meats (formerly Stanforths) of Skipton to help you get your supplies. We will DELIVER FREE to the local area any bread, milk or meats you need. We can get joints of beef, pork or lamb. Steaks, mince, chops anything you fancy.
