Seating capacity: To ensure our customers feel safe, we have reduced our seating capacity in the stalls by 75% and have temporarily closed the balcony.
Tickets: All tickets must be pre-booked online or by calling the Box Office. This allows us to effectively manage our limited capacity and to avoid unnecessary queuing. There will be no on-the-door capacity. Bookings must comply with current social bubble rules.
Doors open at 6.30pm. Please arrive by 7.15pm. Admission is on a first-come-first-served basis. As not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, to make sure we have a full house we send out more tickets than there are places. We do our best to get the numbers right, but unfortunately we do on the rare occasion have to disappoint people. We can't guarantee that you'll get in.
On arrival: Please have your e-ticket ready to be scanned (printed or on your device), to help us get everybody processed as quickly as possible. There will be 2m queue markings down the main stairs. Please bring an umbrella if rain is forecast as we don't have enough space for everybody to queue undercover. Face coverings: You must wear a face covering whilst in the building, apart from when eating or drinking. Exemptions include children under the age 11 and people who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability. Disabled access: The lift will be available but should only be used if essential and only by members of the same 'bubble'. Toilets: The ladies, gents and accessible toilets on the first floor will be open, with each limited to one person (or parent with child) at a time. Hand sanitiser will be available in the toilets and in various locations throughout the building.
